Bridging Work for Life

Randy Wilson, the Executive Director of Work For Life, sent me a cold email in 2018. From that email, a realtionship was created and a vision was formed on how People Bridge could support and help multiply their  ministry. 

On a trip to Uganda Africa in 2019, I personally witnessed the power of the Work For Life program in person. Instead of giving money to people in support of their daily lives, Work For Life was actually providing life changing education and mentorships that taught people how to be self sufficient.  

In working smarter, not harder, a $12 investment in a receptive student multiples 10X over the years of that student providing for themselves, their community, and their church.  Through practical business training, men and women learn to create profitable businesses that transform their communities. 

This is NOT a handout program.  It is hard work.  Follow through requires sacrifice, commitment, and grit.  Yet, 88% of students launch or grow a profitable business within a year that finish this 20 session course taught by a trained local leader.  

It works.  It is faith with feet.  Join me by learning more, giving, and prayer.
