LeTourneau Christian Camp expresses gratitude for the invaluable leadership and service provided by pastors and missionaries to their churches and communities. To honor their dedication, LeTCC offers pastors and missionaries free retreat lodging, inclusive of their spouse and dependent children up to age 21. This offer is available for up to two nights per calendar year, with the option for an additional two nights at half price. Free lodging is applicable from Sunday to Thursday nights, during the period from January 1 to the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend, and from the Sunday after Labor Day Weekend up to December 19. Meals are also offered at a discounted rate when the dining room is open. However, certain restrictions apply, such as not being available during LeTourneau programmed events or in conjunction with other individual or group reservations. For booking, check-in is at 3:00 p.m., and checkout is at 10:00 a.m., with the option for late pickup if needed. Cancellations within one month of the requested dates incur a $50 cancellation fee. Founded in 2003, Deer Ridge Ministries is dedicated to supporting pastors and spouses by providing the gift of 5-day rest and renewal retreats and other services of encouragement. Currently, our retreats are exclusively for full time pastors and their spouses and are provided at no cost to our valued guests, but we are unable to accommodate children at our retreats. Deer Ridge Ministries can accommodate several pastors or a pastor/spouse couples each week. Pastors in full time ministry may attend by themselves. Married pastors are urged to bring their spouse. Besides our regular retreats in which we typically host married couples from Sunday through Friday, we also host an annual Pastors' Wives' Getaway, each Spring, as a gift for these very special ladies.
